I want a to find a 'Free' photo editor to edit my Anime photo's. Anyone know where I can find a download for somthing like that?
Picnik is a great all round editing tool, but there are free tools to add text blurbs, to make collages, to put your photo into other images. Check out a great list at

i used adobe photoshop, but you have to register for that; but i can stfree photo editing download downloadsill edit my pics off my mobile phone even.....to my laptop;and edit them !
