Does it have to do with the place of the brain that dreams take place. Or the state of activity is often not major enough to be remembered?
Just something I'm wondering about....
We are 'stuck' to sensory level of perception, when awake. We remember those dreams, which have detailed clear 'visuals' and to which we strongly 'react' , almost similawhy do we dream brain statesr to inputs through sensory level during wakeful states. Even during wakeful state, we 'forget' the non-verbal-thoughts, unless they too are quite strong, like fear, intense love, excitement etc. With the logical mind getting more and more polarised towards 'commercial-type-calculative' thoughts, we even forget non-commercial-verbal-thoughts, not twhy do we dream brain stateso talk of dreams!
Because those dream do not carry any important message
When we dream, it is our brain unloading what has happened throughout the day. It wasn't meant to be remembered, but can.
I can remember a dream from when i was 5
Read through it I think it has the answer your looking for.
