If you have the confidence in yourself to play guitar at a talent show then you should have enough confidence to talk to this girl. I know at 13 taking showers all the time sucks. But you are at the age of puberty and so your developing sweat glands stink more than an adult or kid. So probably at around 14, 15 you can skateboard and sweat and it wont be a problem. But at 13 I would take many showers a day if possible. Especially if you want to get this girl. If you stink she wont care about you just like you say you dont care about stinking.
